How long will shipping take?

We offer 3 main methods of Shipping:

  1. Trackable Shipping with Insurance: 10-29 business days ($8.75)
  2. Expedited (DHL) Fast Shipping: 3-9 business days ($75)
  3. FREE Shipping is Available on All Orders Above AU$100.

In other case due to extremely high demand, or seasonal holidays please allow up 2-6 weeks delivery. However, many times you will receive your item/s earlier.


Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We ship our product/s worldwide to your doorstep!

When Will My Order Ship?

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3 business days of purchase. 

How Do I Cancel an Order? 

We are only able to cancel orders within the first 12 hours after the order is placed. After that the order has most likely been processed and is preparing for shipment or has been shipped. Once this takes effect, it's out of our hands. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we pride ourselves on prompt service and this includes getting your orders out as fast as possible.

What Is Your Return Policy? 

If there’s something wrong with your order (defective product, damaged goods etc.), please contact us within 30 days from receiving your order and we’ll be happy to assist you reviewing the case and if it is approved we will be sending a replacement. Please do not return anything before we review the case, our customer service team will review the request and will send further instructions. Xpromall reserves the right to deny any return request.

Customers will only be charged once for shipping costs (this includes returns), no restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Yes. We are hosted on Shopify. The world's most reliable and trusted eCommerce platform in the world. Your information is strictly never sharer. We offer payments with PayPal and Stripe, the world's leading payment processors in the world that keep your transactions 100% secured. 

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

You can connect your PayPal, credit card, debit card or bank account to PayPal for purchasing some of our products. After submitting an order, you will be redirected to PayPal to complete the transaction.

1.Log in to your PayPal account or use Credit Card Express;

2.Enter your card details and the order will be shipped to your PayPal address. Then click “Submit”;

3.Your payment will be processed and an invoice will be sent to your e-mail address;

NOTE: Your order will be shipped to your PayPal address. Please ensure that it is correct and complete.
