Shipping

 

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we always provide the highest levels of responsiveness to you. 

 

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

 

• Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 48 working hours after the order is placed.

 

• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to the destinations. International delivery usually takes about 7–15 business days. US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 10 and 20 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. If your order is shipping to Brazil or Russia, it will take about 30 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

How long will shipping take?

         We offer 3 main methods of Shipping:

1. Trackable Shipping with Insurance: 10-29 business days ($8.75)
2. Expedited (DHL) Fast Shipping: 3-9 business days ($75)
3. FREE Shipping is Available on All Orders Above AU$100.

          In other case due to extremely high demand, or seasonal holidays please allow up 2-6 weeks delivery. However, many times you will receive your item/s earlier.

When Will My Order Ship?

         Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3 working days of purchase.
